Prior to closing, you are invited to a "PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTION" at which time our Quality Mark Manager tours your new home to explain all of your new operating systems and inspects every aspect of the residence to answer any questions you may have.

Approximately 45 days following closing, another check is completed for adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.

Our experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team addresses other items throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
